Rutherford Trailers Return Policy and Refund Policy

At Rutherford Trailers, we provide quality horse trailers to meet your expectations. However, we realize that sometimes returns/exchanges will be necessary. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are only accepted within 30 days after delivery.
– Trailers should be in their original condition, not damaged or presenting any other type of problem.
Any trailer with damage, defects, or misuse will not be accepted for return or refund.

Exchange Policy

– If you wish to exchange a trailer for a different model or size, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
The trailer needs to be returned in its original condition with no damage or issues.
Exchanges are done based on availability, and additional shipping costs may apply.

Refund Policy

– Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Refunds will be within fourteen days from the receipt of the returned trailer.
– Refunds will only be issued for the original purchase price, minus any shipping costs.

Important Notes

No refund or exchange shall be performed after 30 days of delivery.
No damaged or faulty trailers will be accepted for returns or refunds.
– Please inspect your trailer carefully upon delivery, and notify us of any damages or concerns promptly.

Return Procedure

1. Please notify us about return within 30 days from the date of delivery of your product.

2. Give a detailed reason for the return and affirm the condition of the trailer in detail.

3. We will be providing an RMA number and details regarding the return of the trailer. 4. Return the trailer to our designated facility, at your expense. 5. Once received, we will inspect the trailer and process your refund or exchange.
