Given the heavy-duty, freight-based nature of our products, each shipment requires dedicated route planning and carrier coordination. Consequently, we manage delivery through a structured, individualized confirmation process, as opposed to automated, standard shipping rules.
- Shipping Destination
We currently offer shipping only to the United States. We do not ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, or military bases (APO/FPO) at this time.
- Shipping Costs
To keep things simple, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $800 for all orders delivered within the USA. This fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
- Order Processing & Timelines
We work diligently to ensure your equipment is handled with care and dispatched promptly.
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-8) Pacific Standard Time (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
- Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday). This is the time it takes to prepare, inspect, and secure your order for shipment.
- Transit Time: 4–5 business days (Monday – Friday). This is the time the item is in transit after leaving our facility.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5–7 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Shipping Method
We offer several options:
- Freight carriers: For trailer delivery to your home, business, or shipping yard. Due to the size and weight of our products, all orders are shipped via specialized Freight Carriers. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. The carrier may contact you directly to schedule a specific delivery window.
- Local pickup: Free from our location with valid ID and proof of purchase
- Delivery Requirements
For freight deliveries, please ensure the following:
- A representative is present to inspect and sign for the delivery.
- The delivery location is accessible to a large freight truck.
- Any visible damage to the packaging or equipment must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before the driver leaves.
