To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Order Processing & Timelines

We work diligently to ensure your equipment is handled with care and dispatched promptly.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-8) Pacific Standard Time (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday). This is the time it takes to prepare, inspect, and secure your order for shipment.
  • Transit Time: 4–5 business days (Monday – Friday). This is the time the item is in transit after leaving our facility.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5–7 business days (Monday – Friday).
  1. Shipping Method
    We offer several options:
  • Freight carriers: For trailer delivery to your home, business, or shipping yard. Due to the size and weight of our products, all orders are shipped via specialized Freight Carriers. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. The carrier may contact you directly to schedule a specific delivery window.
